Growing up in a family of skilled carpenters and contractors, William has been immersed in the world of residential construction his entire life. His hands-on experience spans over 13 years, including estimating, framing, interior & exterior trim, and everything in between. William has worked with some of the most respected builders in town, gaining invaluable experience and building strong, lasting relationships with trusted local subcontractors and tradesmen. His deep connections in the industry allow William Sawyer Construction to deliver exceptional craftsmanship and high-quality results on every project.
Steven Benjamin
Steven brings over a decade of hands-on experience to the team, with a skill set that spans everything from high-end welding and metal fabrication to custom carpentry and finish work. He’s a true craftsman with a passion for quality and a sharp eye for detail.
Beyond his work in the field, Steven is also experienced in estimating, reading plans, and managing projects from start to finish. His ability to combine practical, on-the-job knowledge with strong planning and execution makes him a key part of delivering high-quality results.

Nina Parker
With over a decade of experience in the residential construction industry, Nina Parker is the organizational backbone of William Sawyer Construction. She oversees bookkeeping, billing, and all things administrative — making sure every detail in the office is accurate, timely, and well-organized. Nina’s sharp attention to detail and deep understanding of construction operations allow her to bring clarity and transparency to one of the most complex parts of the building process: invoicing. She ensures that our clients receive clear, easy-to-understand billing, helping take the guesswork out of payments and keeping communication smooth and stress-free. Her ability to keep everything running behind the scenes — from paperwork to project logistics — makes her an invaluable part of the team.
